Laura M. Jordan, a partner at Powers & Santola, LLP., has been selected by The National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys (NAOPIA) as a “TOP 10 Attorney” in the category of Personal Injury Law for the State of New York.
The NAOPIA was established with the primary goal of finding and recognizing the top 10 personal injury attorneys in each state for their hard work, dedication, and rigorous client advocacy. The attorneys who make the NAOPIA TOP 10 list must first be nominated by a licensed practicing attorney, and then go through a screening process to meet the requirements of membership. Fifty of the nominated attorneys proceed to the final selection stage and are reviewed by the NAOPIA Selection Committee. The Board of Governors officially chooses those select few who are deemed to have exhibited the characteristics and qualities that exemplify the profession and practice of personal injury law.
With more than one million attorneys in the United States, the NAOPIA’s meticulous, independent selection process resolves the challenge of attorneys claiming to be the best without basis for such a claim, leaving no doubt as to whom the preeminent personal injury attorneys are in each state.
